Returns Policy

Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order halfway after the purchase, please contact Ziilock and we will get you refunded. If the product has been shipped, the postage will not be refunded (because logistics costs have been incurred during the period). If the product has not been shipped, we will give a full refund including the product price and logistics freight.

 

Returns (If applicable)

To return a ZiiLock, you must contact ZiiLock within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ZiiLock. To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. The ZiiLock must not bound with App, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (cable, keys, hardware, etc.). You will receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from ZiiLock. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Customers need to bear the shipping cost of the return.

  • In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is the problem of the lock itself. We will bear the full shipping cost of the return.  
  • In case of non-quality returns, the customer bears the freight of the return.
  • In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from ZiiLock. Please contact us at support@ziilock.com with proof of purchase, photos and videos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any Products sent back to ZiiLock by you without the written consent of ZiiLock shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ZiiLock or multiple ZiiLocks.

Refunds will be made after the ZiiLock is received and inspected. In case of defective items, you will get the full refund. In case of normal return or exchange, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund value.
